1. Your account
You need an account to buy, download or place orders. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must provide a real email address you control. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.
2. Digital products and licence
Maps, Verse code and other files sold on JO UEFN are digital goods. A purchase gives the buying account a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product in its own Fortnite / UEFN projects. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the source files, and download links are tied to the purchasing account. Free assets are provided under the licence shown on each asset page.
3. Orders, payments and refunds
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Refund requests are handled case by case through a support ticket; when an order is refunded, access to its download is removed. Custom map and programming work follows the scope agreed for the order.
4. Wallet credit
Wallet credit is store credit that can be spent on JO UEFN purchases. It is not money held on your behalf, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Credit is added only after a payment is confirmed by our payment provider or by an administrator, and every change is recorded in your transaction history.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, bypass download or payment checks, abuse the AI tools, or upload unlawful or infringing content. Fortnite and UEFN are trademarks of Epic Games; JO UEFN is an independent studio and is not affiliated with Epic Games.
6. Liability
Products are provided as described, without a guarantee that they will suit every project. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
